Supporting service
Accurate tracking is what lets Facebook find more customers like your best ones. I set up the Pixel, Conversions API and lead quality signals end to end.
The Meta Pixel runs in the visitor’s browser. Ad blockers, browser privacy features and opt-outs prevent it from firing for a meaningful share of visitors. When conversions go missing, two things go wrong: your reports undercount results, and Meta’s delivery system learns from incomplete data.
The Conversions API sends the same events from your server or through a partner integration, so Meta receives them even when the browser does not. Set up correctly, with matching event IDs, both sources are deduplicated so each lead or purchase is counted once.
Health and wellness advertisers may be limited from sending lower-funnel events. Financial and other sensitive categories can face similar restrictions. I check Events Manager for restriction notices and design tracking that stays within policy, typically optimizing on permitted events.
A short plan mapping each meaningful action on your site or in your CRM to a Meta event, so campaigns optimize toward the outcome you value.

Documentation so your team knows what is tracked.
In most cases, yes. Running both, deduplicated, gives Meta more complete data than the Pixel alone.
Many platforms, including WordPress, Shopify and common CRMs, offer native or plugin integrations. Custom sites can use server-side tagging.
Customer data must be hashed before sending and your privacy policy should disclose the tracking. I set it up according to Meta’s requirements, and you should confirm your own legal obligations.
Send me your website and where you are now. I will look at your account or plan personally and tell you what I would fix first, even if the answer is that Facebook Ads is not your next step.
