Pricing
What you pay me, what you pay Meta, and how to budget for a first campaign that produces real data.
Every Facebook Ads engagement has two costs. Ad spend is what Meta charges to show your ads. It is billed to your own card inside your own ad account, so you always see exactly what was spent. The management fee pays for strategy, setup, creative, optimization and reporting.
I charge a flat monthly management fee rather than a percentage of ad spend. A percentage model rewards spending more, even when spending more is not the right call. A flat fee keeps the incentive on results.
You receive the exact number with your plan, before anything starts.
Across the US, Facebook Ads management for local businesses commonly ranges from about $500 to $2,500+ per month. Agencies charging a percentage often take 10 to 20 percent of ad spend. Bundled agency packages typically start around $1,000 a month.
| Flat monthly fee | Percentage of spend | Performance based | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How it works | Fixed fee for agreed scope | 10 to 20 percent of ad spend | Fee per lead or sale |
| Incentive | Better results for the same fee | Higher spend | Lead volume, sometimes over quality |
| Predictability | High | Changes with budget | Varies month to month |
| Best for | Most local businesses | Large, stable budgets | Businesses with strong lead quality tracking |
Meta needs enough conversions to learn who to show your ads to. For most local service businesses, I suggest starting at roughly $50 to $70 a day, or about $1,500 to $2,000 a month, for one main offer. Smaller towns can work with less; large metros such as Los Angeles, New York, Chicago or Dallas often need more because competition for attention is higher.
Think about it from the result backward. If a booked job is worth $2,000 to you and a qualified lead costs $60 with one in four booking, each job costs about $240 in ad spend. That is the math we plan around, and refine with real data in the first 60 days.
I tell you upfront which of these apply.
For most accounts setup is included in the first month. If your account, tracking or Business Portfolio needs significant repair, I quote that separately before starting.
I recommend at least about $1,500 a month in ad spend for most local service businesses, so campaigns get enough data to optimize. I will tell you honestly if your budget is too small to work.
Yes. Management is month to month. You keep full ownership of your ad account and everything built in it.
Not by default. Pay-per-lead pricing can push volume over quality. If your tracking reliably shows which leads become customers, we can discuss it.
Send me your website and where you are now. I will look at your account or plan personally and tell you what I would fix first, even if the answer is that Facebook Ads is not your next step.
